- What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept payments by card from any credit car issuer (Visa, Mastercard, Diner’s Club ets.). All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by the payment gate (Stripe) and a card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.
- after the order is placed, you will be redirected to a safe payment gateway provided by a bank where you will be requested to enter necessary payment data.
- After you will authorize the transaction, a payment will be executed immediately. The safe 3D Secure protocol is supported here. B.LESS Store team has no access to your payment card details. This data is used by the bank and payment gate only.
- What countries do you ship to?
We deliver products from our warehouse in Bratislava, Slovakia. Therefore there should be NO additional customs fees or VAT for orders shipped to the EU countries.
For non-EU countries local tax, VAT, or customs fees may apply. In this case, you will be contacted by your local customs or tax office directly.
- What are the delivery prices?
The delivery price will depend on your location. Select the product and at the checkout you’ll see the final delivery price. Besides you can see the prices in the table below.
- Dispatch and Delivery method
Items “In stock” will be dispatched no later than on a second working day after the payment is received. For items on “pre-order” the information about the estimated delivery date will be sent to the email entered in the order.
Delivery is carried out by GLS parcel service.
- The goods are delivered within 5 business days after a consignment is sent off.
- The moment the consignment is dispatched, the information will be sent to your email, including a parcel tracking number.
- Please note that your contact information is required for this delivery method. Before submitting the order please check if you have entered a valid email address and phone number of the person (if not you) who will receive the package.

- Packaging info
Our packaging is following the same values and sustainability standards as all our products.
For the STANDARD packaging, we wrap your items ordered in craft paper and place them directly into the post cardboard box.
Paper or recycled cardboard filing is added if needed. For transportation purposes, the post service adds stickers and stamps on the box. It also may have some signs of transportation upon arrival.
STANDARD packaging of CERAMICS includes 2 cardboard boxes and additional protective layers to ensure that our goods will arrive safely.
You have an option to write us the message you want to be written on the card and we will sign the card on behalf of you before sending. Please add this information in the comments field when you are placing the order.
If you opt for REUSED packaging, you can expect to receive your order in a cardboard box with prints or stickers of other companies, reused paper or PET air pillows and bags, which we receive from our suppliers or collect from friends and neighbors.
